Potential clients reach out to our organization to indicate their interest in our medical tourism offerings. This first point of contact sets the stage for us to understand their needs and how we can assist them in their medical journey.

Medical Documentation and Assessment
If the patient has existing medical reports, they are requested to submit these for review. In cases where no medical documentation is available, we collect detailed information regarding the patient's medical condition and requirements.

Treatment Planning with Partner Hospitals
Our team collaborates with affiliated hospitals to develop a comprehensive treatment plan. This process includes selecting the appropriate treatment approach, showcasing the assigned doctor's credentials to the patient, determining the treatment schedule, and providing a detailed cost estimate.

Acceptance and Prepayment
Once the patient agrees to the proposed treatment plan, a deposit is made to secure the hospital booking. Following the deposit, we facilitate the arrangement of travel tickets for the patient and schedule the appointment to start the pre-treatment process.

Arrival and Accommodation
Upon the patient's arrival, they are greeted with VIP reception services at the airport. Subsequently, the patient is transferred to their chosen accommodation and the hospital where the treatment will take place.

Treatment Execution
This stage includes all surgical or medical interventions, monitoring by medical professionals, and any immediate post-operative care required. The patient's health and progress are closely monitored by the assigned medical team to ensure optimal outcomes. Detailed reports of the treatment progress are kept, which can be used for follow-up care and reference.

Post-Treatment Care and Follow-up
After the treatment, we offer aftercare services, including arranging the return journey to the patient's home country and providing remote consultation sessions to ensure a smooth recovery and address any post-treatment inquiries or concerns.
